Weekly Wonder Library is operated by White Stag Entertainment, LLC, providing educational stories and related content for families through a subscription-based platform.

3. Account Eligibility and Requirements

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Account Responsibility

  • You are solely responsible for your account and all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
  • You must keep your login credentials secure and confidential
  • You are responsible for anyone you grant access to your account and any changes they make

Device Access

Only one device may be logged into your account at a time. You may choose to share account access with immediate family members, but you remain fully responsible for all account activity.

4. Subscription Terms

Subscription Plans

  • Basic: $40 per year
  • Plus: $60 per year

Payment and Billing

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees
  • All fees are non-refundable except as specifically stated in our Refund Policy

Failed Payments

  • If a payment fails, Stripe may automatically retry according to their system protocols
  • You have a 3-day grace period after payment failure before account suspension
  • During suspension, you will not have access to content until payment is resolved

Subscription Management

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of your subscription period

5. Content Usage and Restrictions

Permitted Uses

You may:

  • Access and read stories for personal, non-commercial family use
  • Download and print stories for personal family reading
  • Use discussion questions for family educational purposes

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Share, distribute, or republish our content outside your immediate household
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission
  • Copy, modify, or create derivative works based on our content
  • Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
  • Use our service in any way that violates applicable laws

Intellectual Property

All content, including stories, discussion questions, and related materials, is owned by White Stag Entertainment, LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

6. Service Availability and Changes

Uptime Goal

We strive to maintain 99.9% website uptime, though we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify our services with the following notice periods:

  • Price increases: 3 months advance notice
  • Feature additions: Immediate implementation
  • Feature removal: 1 month advance notice
  • Policy updates: 1 month advance notice
  • Content changes: 1 month advance notice

Service Discontinuation

If we discontinue the service entirely, we will provide prorated refunds for unused subscription periods and reasonable advance notice.

7. User Conduct

You agree to:

  • Use our service only for lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Not interfere with or disrupt our service or servers
  • Not use our service to transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
